Hello Achim!!!

so, there is fucking bad weather today overhere, rain, rain and nothing but rain. And I do have to go for a ride with the Gino CC right now. O dear, this will be a wet thing!

OK, now some facts on myself:

• Birthday: 31 march
• Where I was born: Werl
• Profession: Nurse (leading an interdisciplinary ward)
• Where I live: Bochum
• Familiy: one brother and one sister

Hobbies: yes I think sports is my life. My parents encouraged us kids to try various kinds of sports. I started with canoe and white water cayaking, then skiing and snowboarding, sailboarding, going to the gym. But the top fun became biking for me:-) DH was the biggest challenge ever. The versatility of this topped any other sports...for 6 years already I am dedicated to biking and my best friend Gino Schlifske has taken me to the level where I am standing today: 4 times German Master :-))) ole ole.

I do concentrate on hard training (Downhill, CC, Dual, going to the Gym, Jogging, Streed riding)

yes, I do ride my bike as often as possible and I still do learn a lot more. And  what a fun when trying something new and I succeed. ...ups, I have to stop now otherwise....;-)

It is simply the coolest thing in the world for me! Especially to bomb down a wicked slope with the DH bike, that moves a big smile on my face. OK In any case I am looking forward to the coming season. Whats my plan?

Bikefestival Willingen - we will see, depends on my holidays ;-), due to my fulltime job it is not so easy to balance all these dates... I feel pity with my working colleagues;-) . You guys know my results already. And how I stay fit  I said it already. Once on the bike I hardly get down again.

So, thats it so far! I could tell you more, but whats the use of it?

Season 2006:
I defended the German DH Championship and secured the title for the 4th time . It was a great day for me with all
my fans shouting at the racetrack and the presentation ceremony at the end of the day. German magazines
brougth up some good and motivating articeles.
